Yhteisty\u00f6n t\u00e4rkein tavoite on innostaa eri alojen opiskelijat ja tutkijat kehitt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n uusia ideoita liittyen selluloosan ja\u00a0 muiden biomateriaalien hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4miseen. Kes\u00e4ll\u00e4 2017 opiskelijoiden materiaaleina olivat mm. pajunkuori, kuusenkuori, sahajauho, maa-aines, j\u00e4rviruoko, nanoselluloosa ja selluloosa-asetaatti. Materiaalikokeiluiden pohjalta opiskelijat kehittiv\u00e4t kest\u00e4v\u00e4n kehityksen huomioivia tuoteideoita ja konsepteja.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>In English<\/em><br \/>\nAalto University CHEMARTS project combines biomaterial research and creative design. The main objective is to inspire students and researchers to explore and create new concepts for the future use of cellulose and other biomaterials. Throughout summer 2017, the CHEMARTS students worked with a variety of biomaterials, ranging from willow and spruce bark to soil, common reed, nanocellulose and cellulose acetate.
